A short description of business process management with an example of product development at Infineon Technologies AG is done.
Furthermore, different quality improvement methods are presented.
Lecture 2:
An introduction to the infrastructure required for the design of analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits (VLSI) in industry is presented, with emphasis on the components of the PDK (Process Design Kit) and the design flow.
